Tory Lanez is set to receive visitors in prison, but this time, it won’t be for a friendly chat. Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team is seeking to depose the rapper as part of their ongoing defamation and cyberstalking lawsuit against blogger Milagro Cooper.

According to new court filings, Megan’s attorneys have asked a judge to approve the deposition, where Tory would be questioned under oath about his alleged involvement in spreading misinformation about her following his conviction for shooting her in 2020.

Tory Lanez Willing to Speak Under Oath

Surprisingly, Tory Lanez is not opposing the deposition request, signaling his willingness to cooperate. Now, all that remains is for the judge to sign off, after which both parties will coordinate a date for the questioning.

Megan’s legal team is particularly interested in uncovering the depth of Tory’s relationship with Milagro Cooper. They have previously accused him of financially backing and possibly orchestrating a smear campaign through her platform to discredit Megan.

Ongoing Legal Battles & Restraining Order

This latest development follows a restraining order issued against Tory Lanez last month, after Megan Thee Stallion claimed he was continuing to engage in “psychological warfare” against her—even from behind bars.

Currently, Tory Lanez is serving a 10-year sentence in a California state prison for the July 2020 shooting incident that left Megan injured.

As the legal drama unfolds, all eyes will be on Tory’s testimony and whether it sheds new light on the alleged defamation efforts against Megan Thee Stallion.
