Uganda Dance Nights, a premier event aimed at raising awareness and support for children with Down syndrome, will take place tomorrow, March 22, 2025, at the prestigious Serena Hotel in Kampala. The event is set to offer an exciting mix of cultural performances, live music, and fundraising activities to benefit organizations advocating for children with Down syndrome.

A Night of Dance, Music, and Unity

The Uganda Dance Nights promises to be a spectacular evening, featuring performances from some of Uganda’s most beloved artists and performers. Among the star-studded lineup are renowned figures such as Hon. Rachel Magola, Winnie Nwagi, Sam Bagenda (aka Dr. Bbosa), Anne Kansiime, and Allan Kutos. These talented performers will showcase a variety of dance styles, representing the rich cultural heritage of Uganda.

Attendees will be treated to captivating performances while also having the opportunity to participate in fundraising activities aimed at directly supporting initiatives that advocate for children with Down syndrome. The event offers not only entertainment but also an opportunity to contribute to a noble cause.

The Importance of Uganda Dance Nights

Children with Down syndrome face significant challenges in society, including stigma and barriers to inclusion. Uganda Dance Nights seeks to address these issues by highlighting the potential and talents of children with Down syndrome. The initiative aims to create a platform that encourages understanding, acceptance, and support for those with disabilities, promoting inclusivity within the community.

“We believe in the power of unity, and dance is a universal language that brings people together,” said Valentino, one of the event organizers. “Through Uganda Dance Nights, we hope to create an atmosphere where people can come together, celebrate diversity, and raise awareness about Down syndrome. Every ticket purchased and every donation made will help provide resources, support, and opportunities for children with Down syndrome,” Valentino added.

    A Night to Remember

Uganda Dance Nights is not only about entertainment but also about community engagement. Attendees will enjoy a memorable night of performances while helping to provide vital resources for children with Down syndrome. It’s a chance to make a difference through action and awareness, with the goal of fostering a more inclusive society.

Tickets for the event are available on the official website, www.tagticketing.com, with options ranging from 100,000 UGX for regular tickets to 350,000 UGX for VIP tickets. For those interested in an exclusive experience, tables are available for 3 million UGX.

A Call for Support and Participation

Uganda Dance Nights is not just a celebration of music and dance, but also an important step toward breaking down barriers for individuals with Down syndrome. By attending the event, supporting the cause, and spreading awareness, participants will contribute to a broader movement for inclusivity.

Join us tomorrow at Serena Hotel for a night of dance, unity, and support for children with Down syndrome—because together, we can make a difference.
