Nick Cannon may finally be ready to close the chapter on expanding his famously large family.
During a candid chat on The Really Good Podcast, the multi-talented entertainer surprised fans when asked if he planned to have more children.
“I think I’m done,” Nick said with a knowing smile, signaling the end of an era for his ever-growing brood.
🍼 12 Kids—and Counting… or Maybe Not?
Cannon’s family has been a headline staple for years, but even he admits the sheer number of kids is tough to track.
On HOT97, Nick joked about his memory challenges, asking, “You want all 12? This is where I usually get in trouble…”
He rattled off most of their unique names with ease—Roc, Roe, Golden, Powerful, Rise, Onyx, Legendary, Zion, Zillian, Zen—before trailing off.
“I’m missing two,” he confessed, adding Beautiful and youngest daughter Halo Marie Cannon to the list.
To keep all their names straight, Nick wrote a song verse that lists every child’s name, reciting it as his secret mnemonic.
👑 Why So Many Kids? Nick’s ‘King Complex’
When asked about fathering a dozen children, Nick laughed it off, comparing himself to the biblical King Solomon, who famously had hundreds of wives and concubines.
“I don’t want no wives, I just want kids,” he explained.
“I’ve got this king complex—just trying to build my legacy.”
💸 Financial Strain Forces Pause on Baby-Making
Despite the joy his kids bring, Nick admitted that the size of his family has started to impact his wallet.
“The way my bank account is set up, I’m going to press hold on this 12 for right now,” he revealed in March.
