Heartbreaking news out of Malibu—Sophia Hutchins, Caitlyn Jenner’s longtime friend and manager, has tragically passed away following a devastating ATV accident near Jenner’s home. She was just 29 years old.
According to law enforcement and family sources, the accident occurred Wednesday morning on the winding roads of Malibu.
A Tragic Accident
Hutchins was reportedly riding an ATV near Caitlyn Jenner’s residence when the vehicle collided with the bumper of a moving car. The impact sent the ATV careening over the shoulder of the road before plummeting 350 feet into a ravine.
First responders rushed to the scene, but Sophia was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The two people inside the car that Sophia struck were unharmed. No other individuals were on the ATV at the time of the incident.
At this time, it’s unclear if Caitlyn was at home when the tragedy occurred or if she witnessed the accident. The reality star has not yet issued a public statement.
