CJ Wallace, the son of the late rap legend Notorious B.I.G., has been named in a shocking lawsuit accusing him of helping arrange a sexual assault allegedly committed by Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The complaint, filed by a “John Doe” in a New York court, claims Wallace was part of a group that lured the accuser to a Revolt TV location in 2020, where the alleged assault took place.

Allegations Against Wallace and Diddy

According to court documents, the plaintiff alleges he was escorted to the Revolt TV site in a vehicle owned by Combs Enterprises. Wallace, along with several other individuals, allegedly accompanied him on the ride.

Upon arrival, the plaintiff claims he was taken to a private room where Diddy was waiting.

“Diddy attempted to force oral sex on me,” the accuser stated in the lawsuit.

The complaint further alleges that Wallace and other men present physically restrained the plaintiff as Diddy reportedly threatened him: “Your Bad Boy career is over if you try to break free.”

“Humiliating Evidence” Allegedly Recorded

In a disturbing twist, the plaintiff claims that those involved documented the assault as a form of “humiliating evidence.”

After the alleged incident, Wallace reportedly drove the plaintiff home along with his business partner, Willie Mack. The lawsuit describes Wallace as a “henchman” who allegedly promised to help advance the plaintiff’s career in exchange for his compliance.

John Doe is seeking unspecified damages from Wallace, Diddy, and several other unnamed defendants.

Diddy’s Legal Team Denies the Allegations

Following the public release of the accusations, Diddy’s attorneys issued a firm denial in a statement to TMZ:

“Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. The criminal verdict proves what we have been saying all along. That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations—no matter how heinous and uncorroborated—is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”

Wallace has yet to publicly respond to the allegations.

A Pattern of Controversy for Diddy

This lawsuit comes amid growing scrutiny of Diddy, who has faced multiple legal challenges in recent years. While a previous criminal case ended in a verdict favorable to the music mogul, the latest civil suit threatens to further damage his reputation.

The claims against Wallace add a surprising layer to the controversy, given his otherwise low-profile public persona. As the son of Christopher Wallace, better known as Notorious B.I.G., CJ has mostly focused on acting and entrepreneurship rather than music.

What’s Next?

As of now, no criminal charges have been filed in connection to this particular case. Legal experts say the civil suit could move into a discovery phase in the coming months unless dismissed early.

The lawsuit underscores the widening legal fallout surrounding Diddy and raises new questions about how far his alleged misconduct may have extended within his inner circle.
