Priscilla Presley’s legal team is hitting back hard against a bombshell lawsuit claiming the Elvis Presley ex-wife let her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, die to seize control of Graceland.
Her attorney, Marty Singer, didn’t mince words when speaking to TMZ:
“This lawsuit is one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless things I have ever seen. It’s nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman.”
Singer slammed the plaintiffs as opportunists with a revolving door of lawyers, calling the suit a disgusting publicity stunt.
“Accusing a grieving mother of contributing to her daughter’s death is not savvy advocacy; it is malicious character assassination and should be broadly condemned,” Singer continued.
The Allegations in Question
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday, alleges that Priscilla knew Lisa Marie was preparing to remove her from the family trust. The plaintiffs, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, claim Priscilla supposedly “pulled the plug” on Lisa Marie in the hospital to gain control of her estate and Graceland.
Singer calls the claims fabricated and completely without merit, insisting that the case will be dismissed.
Riley Keough Stands by Her Grandmother
Adding fuel to the fire, Singer said that Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s daughter, is firmly on Priscilla’s side:
“Riley stands behind her grandmother 100% and is equally disgusted with this latest, vicious attempt by Kruse to ruin her grandmother’s life.”
This strong family support may play a key role as the legal battle heats up.
A History of Legal Drama
This isn’t the first time Priscilla has been in court with Kruse and Fialko. Back in July 2024, Priscilla sued the pair for financial elder abuse, alleging they took advantage of her and extracted over $1 million.
Singer describes the new lawsuit as blatant retaliation, designed to discredit Priscilla and her family:
“These fabricated claims have absolutely no validity, and we are confident this case will be dismissed.”
