Kelley Wolf — author, podcaster, and wife of Party of Five actor Scott Wolf — has reportedly checked herself into rehab after a strange run-in with police during what sources say was an Airbnb stay gone wrong.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, the Summit County Sheriff’s Office responded to a property in Peoa, Utah on Labor Day after receiving a “keep the peace” call.
Airbnb Stay Spirals Out of Control
The caller, believed to be the homeowner, asked deputies for help removing a female tenant who had overstayed her time at the rental property.
While the report does not explicitly name Kelley Wolf, multiple sources confirmed to TMZ that she was the tenant in question.
When officers arrived, they described the home as being in disarray. Deputies said Kelley had moved in large amounts of alcohol, food, decorations, and personal items, making it appear as though she was settling into the home long-term.
Kelley Thought She Was Buying the House
Things only got stranger when deputies questioned Kelley. According to the report, she believed she was moving into the house permanently and even thought she was buying the property — despite the fact that the home was not for sale.
While she was cooperative with deputies, they noted she had difficulty staying focused and struggled to follow directions.
Belongings Left on the Porch
To resolve the situation, deputies moved the majority of Kelley’s belongings to the front porch and ensured she could not re-enter the home.
Importantly, no charges were filed following the incident, though it left many close to the couple concerned for Kelley’s wellbeing.

Rehab Decision
Following the incident, Kelley voluntarily checked herself into rehab, signaling that she is taking steps to prioritize her mental health and recovery.
Neither Kelley nor Scott Wolf has publicly commented on the incident, but sources say the family is focused on healing and moving forward privately.
