Ugandan comedienne Anne Kansiime has made it clear that she wouldn’t consider dating a short man for marriage, citing concerns about her children’s height.
In an interview with NRG Radio Uganda, Kansiime—who acknowledges that she isn’t the tallest herself—expressed her thoughts on settling down with a fellow short partner, humorously questioning how their future children would turn out.
“That’s unfair. What would our children look like? If I get a tall man and my son is short, I tried. I would tell my son that’s how God wanted it. But if I find a fellow short person, then I have subjected my children to a specific height that they have no business being.”
She boldly ruled out any potential relationships with short men, telling them to “forget” about dating her.
Kansiime’s remarks have sparked mixed reactions, with some finding her comments hilarious while others debate the fairness of her stance on height in relationships.
