Ariana Biermann, daughter of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, won’t be spending any time behind bars following her 2022 DUI arrest — thanks to a plea deal reached earlier this month.
24 Months Probation & Community Service
Court documents reveal Ariana received:
- 24 months of probation
- 40 hours of community service
As part of the agreement, she must stay away from alcohol and drugs, and avoid associating with anyone in possession of illegal substances.
Though the sentence is set for two years, she may be eligible for early release after 12 months, as long as she complies with all probation terms and stays out of trouble.
Arrest Recap: August 2022 DUI in Georgia 🚓
The charges stem from a car crash in Forsyth County, Georgia, nearly three years ago. Ariana, who was underage at the time, was pulled over and reportedly showed a “noticeable sway” during field sobriety tests — though she claimed she hadn’t been drinking.
She was booked on three misdemeanor charges:
- DUI
- Improper/erratic lane change
- Underage alcohol possession
Her then-boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, was also arrested on alcohol-related charges during the same incident.
Family Drama & Public Scrutiny
The case added to ongoing scrutiny of the Biermann family, who’ve been making headlines for various personal and financial challenges over the past few years. Ariana has largely kept a low profile since the incident, and has not yet issued a public statement about the sentencing.
What’s Next for Ariana?
With this legal chapter behind her, Ariana must now focus on completing her community service and staying compliant to shorten her probation. No word yet on whether she’ll share her side of the story or use the experience as a learning moment.
