Cardi B has once again ignited controversy in her tumultuous relationship with Offset, sharing explicit text messages from her estranged husband over the weekend. The Bronx rapper posted a screenshot on X (formerly Twitter) of a private exchange in which Offset appears to plead for reconciliation, despite their ongoing divorce proceedings.
In the leaked messages, Offset implored Cardi to “come over,” only to receive a firm rejection.
“I told you. You’re never getting this p**** again. And I mean that,” Cardi fired back.
Undeterred, Offset continued his advances, writing, “I want to f***. Why u being like dat to me. U feel like u gone be on me if u do? I want you. I miss your p****, I miss your face you make when we f***.”
Cardi dismissed him with a sharp retort: “I don’t feel like I’mma be on you. Y’all n****s just don’t deserve.”
While Cardi later deleted the post, the screenshot quickly spread across social media, fueling speculation about their ongoing drama. Offset has yet to comment publicly on the leaked texts, which mark another twist in the couple’s rollercoaster relationship.
Past Accusations Resurface
This latest drama comes shortly after Offset’s X account was allegedly hacked, leading to the release of other private messages between the pair. One of these exchanges, dated back to March, showed Offset accusing Cardi of infidelity and questioning the paternity of their child.
“Everyone knows about you and Pree—EVERYONE KNOWS that’s your girlfriend,” Cardi replied in the leaked conversation. “And on top of that, you couldn’t stand up like a man for Kulture. Shya and your mom robbed me cold.”
Navigating a Public Separation
Despite their public disputes, Cardi has claimed they are navigating their separation amicably. Speaking on X Spaces, she revealed that the pair had been on good terms recently and admitted they are both seeing other people.
“You heard I’m with a n*a, you don’t bother me. I hear you’re with a b**, I don’t bother you,” she said, adding that their romantic relationship is over.
“I don’t want to entertain that ‘we’re in the same crib, come upstairs, let’s sleep together’ cycle,” Cardi explained in October. “If [Offset is home], I’m not here. If I’m here, he’s not. Everything is dead.”
Co-Parenting Challenges
Amid their split, the pair continues to co-parent their two children, Kulture and Wave. Cardi has been candid about the emotional toll of their separation on their family dynamic.
“My kids have to get used to, ‘No, Dad’s not coming home every day,’” she shared. “It’s hard. I don’t want to get emotional, but it’s hard.”
As fans and critics weigh in on their drama, Cardi B and Offset’s turbulent relationship remains in the public eye, raising questions about privacy, boundaries, and the pressures of high-profile relationships.
