The man accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk may have left behind one major clue … his T-shirt — and TMZ has learned it’s being sold online for as little as $4.99.
Investigators highlighted the black tee during a Thursday press conference, noting its distinctive design: an American flag and eagle emblem. Now, multiple sellers on eBay are listing the exact same shirt, which reportedly originated from the Disabled Veterans National Foundation.

👕 The Details
- Shirt features an eagle and American flag design
- Black in color, paired with dark pants, Converse sneakers, and a black baseball cap with a triangle logo
- Being resold on eBay by various accounts, starting under $5
Law enforcement immediately flagged the apparel when the FBI released images of the shooter fleeing the scene at Utah Valley University on Wednesday, where Kirk was killed during his “American Comeback Tour” stop.
📸 Caught on Camera
Surveillance footage showed the suspect sprinting across the rooftop of a one-story UVU building before dropping to the ground and calmly walking away. Additional video later captured him heading toward campus just minutes before the deadly attack.
On Friday morning, President Trump announced the suspect — 22-year-old Tyler Robinson — was in custody, confirming earlier reports that Robinson’s own father helped authorities after recognizing him in the FBI’s released images.

💥 From Online Clue to Arrest
The shirt discovery adds another chilling layer to the case. Authorities are still investigating how Robinson obtained the rifle used in the shooting, and whether the shirt’s origins can help piece together more of his movements before the attack.
The Disabled Veterans National Foundation has not yet commented on whether they distributed the shirt directly.
👉 What do you think — was the T-shirt the biggest break in cracking the case, or just another eerie coincidence?
