Cynthia Bailey Speaks Out About Her Relationship with LePrince: The Good and the Bad
Cynthia Bailey is opening up about the rollercoaster ride of going public with her romance, saying her life has been a “mess” since revealing her relationship with musician LePrince. But despite the drama, the reality TV star admits that there are benefits to being more open about their love life.
A Messy, But Worthwhile Romance
At the Better Brothers Los Angeles Truth Awards, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum reflected on the shift in her life after she and LePrince were spotted together. Since their relationship went public, Bailey has been thrust into the limelight in a way she didn’t anticipate. “It’s been a mess,” she admits, citing the constant attention and curious stares from the public whenever they are out together.
But while things may feel chaotic, Cynthia also acknowledges the upside. She and her man no longer have to duck from the public eye when they’re out and about. “We can actually go out and not hide,” she says, but also admits that she’s not actively seeking out or engaging with any online negativity about their relationship. In fact, she’s been taking a bit of a break from social media to keep some privacy.
Keeping Things Low-Key at First
When it comes to their relationship, Cynthia wasn’t eager to shout it from the rooftops. “I wanted to get to know him out of the public eye,” she says. She stresses that she wasn’t trying to hide her relationship with LePrince, but rather, she simply preferred to keep it low-key at first.
