In a recent court filing obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s legal team fired back hard at prosecutors, reminding the judge that the jury decisively rejected the government’s most serious claims.
“The jury unambiguously rejected allegations that Mr. Combs ran a criminal enterprise or engaged in sex trafficking—the core of the government’s case,” the defense wrote.
They argue that Diddy has demonstrated model behavior, consistently attending court hearings and complying with all legal requirements.
To underscore their case for bail, Diddy’s lawyers proposed strict conditions, including:

- 🌎 Travel limited only to Florida, California, and New York
