According to dispatch audio obtained by TMZ, the 36-year-old actor was described as “very intoxicated and unruly” during a chaotic incident in the Chair 2 parking lot.
Ski Patrol Called 911 Over Actor’s Behavior
The 911 call, made by a member of the ski patrol, reported that Osment was acting out of control and refusing to cooperate with resort staff. Law enforcement was dispatched to the scene shortly after.
Cocaine Allegedly Found in $20 Bill
Upon arrival, officers discovered what appeared to be cocaine folded inside a $20 bill, leading to Osment being taken into custody. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.

In newly released police bodycam footage, Osment can be seen visibly agitated during the arrest.
