Speaking to reporters on Monday, December 23, Jackson expressed his excitement about witnessing Beyoncé perform live for the first time.
“I’m going to go out and watch,” Jackson said, breaking from the usual halftime routine where players head to the locker room. “First time seeing Beyoncé perform and it’s at our game?! That’s dope.”
Apologizing in advance to Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, Jackson joked, “Sorry Harbaugh, sorry. Not saying it like that, no disrespect. I know how people can take things.”

The Christmas Day halftime show marks Beyoncé’s first NFL performance in nearly a decade. In 2013, she headlined the Super Bowl halftime show, delivering one of the most-watched performances in history. She later returned as a guest performer during Coldplay and Bruno Mars’ set at Super Bowl 50.
This time, Beyoncé will take the stage in her hometown of Houston to perform tracks from her latest album, Cowboy Carter, which has already garnered several Grammy nominations for 2025.
