A male sex worker who recently sued music mogul Diddy for alleged sexual assault during a “Freak Off” is now offering to assist federal prosecutors in their ongoing criminal investigation against the mogul. The escort’s attorneys, Eric M. Baum and Adriana Alcalde, confirmed the move to TMZ, stating their client is willing to cooperate with the U.S. Attorney’s office.
According to the lawsuit, the escort, identified only as “John Doe,” claims Diddy contacted his companion service while the escort was working in Florida. Diddy allegedly traveled to New York City, where they engaged in sexual acts at the InterContinental Hotel, reportedly similar to activities described in Diddy’s original federal indictment.
Alleged Drugging and Sexual Assault
In the lawsuit, the escort accuses Diddy of drugging him with water and baby oil, resulting in a loss of control during the encounter. The complaint also includes claims of forced oral sex and anal sodomy. The escort says Diddy followed him into the bathroom during the incident and allegedly threatened him, saying, “If I can get Pac hit, what the f*** do you think can happen to you?”
Legal Response from Diddy’s Team
Diddy’s legal team responded, denying the allegations and asserting that their client has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. They dismissed the lawsuit, which was filed under the name “John Doe,” stating that it won’t change the fact that Diddy is confident he will prevail in court.
