While some viewers praised Kendrick for his pro-Black dance ensembles and subliminal shots at Drake, Blackson wasn’t impressed with the execution.
“It lacked the type of sing-along hits you expect at a Super Bowl,” Blackson said, particularly criticizing the remixed version of “Not Like Us”, which he felt was butchered.
