Surviving the wild is tough enough, but Naked and Afraid contestant Jarrell Banks had an extra challenge—dealing with stitches in his butt while trying to endure 21 grueling days in the Philippines.

In an exclusive clip from this Sunday’s episode, obtained by TMZ, Jarrell undergoes a rather sensitive procedure as a medic removes more than a dozen sutures from his rear—some dangerously close to his anus. The Seattle-based survivalist doesn’t hold back, jokingly describing the sensation as “like nothing he’s ever felt before” and quipping that he may have just found his G-spot.

Snowboarding Mishap Leads to Wilderness Struggles

Jarrell’s predicament stems from a snowboarding accident just two weeks before filming. Despite the injury, he pushed forward with his goal of surviving in Anuplig Falls, braving hunger, fire ants, and, well… uncomfortable stitches in his crack.

Thankfully, lead medic Dr. Rananda determined his wound had fully healed and removed the stitches, officially putting an end to one of the strangest survival struggles in Naked and Afraid history.

Jarrell had one final word of advice for viewers—think twice before snowboarding.
