The legal showdown between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is getting even more explosive … because she’s no longer the only one accusing the actor-director of harassment.
According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, another individual has stepped forward with allegations against Baldoni — and they could soon be testifying in Lively’s upcoming trial.
A New Voice Against Justin Baldoni
The person, whose name has been redacted in legal filings, claims to have had “repeated, negative interactions with Mr. Baldoni and his associates, including verbal abuse by Mr. Baldoni.”
Unlike Lively, this alleged victim worked on a different project with Baldoni — not the recent film adaptation of It Ends With Us.
What’s more, the new accuser says Baldoni was barred from set during most of the production due to his alleged behavior and that they even asked he not be involved in marketing or publicity efforts tied to the project.
Sources tell TMZ this individual is expected to testify in support of Lively when her case heads to court.

Blake Lively’s trial against Baldoni is set to begin March 9 in a federal courthouse in New York.
The case stems from Blake’s allegations of harassment, retaliation, and toxic work conditions, which she claims Baldoni created while they collaborated professionally.
And now, this new testimony could add serious weight to her case.
Blake Lively’s Legal Pushback
Lively isn’t just preparing for trial — she’s also seeking to hold Baldoni financially responsible for dragging her into court.
Her legal team has filed to make Baldoni pay her attorney fees, citing California’s anti-SLAPP statute, which protects individuals who speak out about harassment from retaliatory lawsuits.
A spokesperson for Lively told TMZ:
“California law expressly prohibits suing victims who speak out against sexual harassment or retaliation, whether in court or in the press. The statute also includes a mandatory fee-shifting provision, requiring those who file frivolous defamation claims to pay damages.”
The rep also added that attempts to “sue Blake Lively into oblivion” have only backfired on Baldoni and his partners.

So far, Baldoni has not publicly addressed the new claims. His team has yet to issue a statement in response to the latest legal filings.
