It’s the final chapter in the real estate saga of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and her ex, Kroy Biermann — and it ended with a visit from the feds.
According to newly obtained legal docs, U.S. Marshals showed up on April 8 to formally eject any remaining occupants from the former couple’s Georgia mansion. The eviction lasted over three hours, from 3:30 PM to 6:45 PM, and the “ejected” box was clearly marked — making it official.
Unclear Who Got the Boot
While both Kim and Kroy’s names are still on the house, it remains unclear who was physically removed from the property. TMZ has reached out for clarification, but as of now, it’s unknown who was still living there when the Marshals arrived.
A Long and Public Fall From Reality TV Luxury
This eviction caps off more than a year of public spats, financial struggles, and a messy divorce that played out in headlines.
The home, once featured on Don’t Be Tardy, was finally sold in February 2025 for $2.75 million — far less than what the couple had hoped to get, but foreclosure loomed, leaving them with little choice.
Since filing dueling divorce petitions in May 2023, the mansion had become a battleground of 911 calls, accusations, and heartbreak as both parties tried to navigate their split and the property’s fate.
Moving On From the Chaos
These days, it looks like both are trying to turn the page:
- Kim has confirmed she’s “dating someone new”
- Kroy started a new job last year and has largely stayed out of the limelight
Still, it’s a dramatic end to what was once a fairytale home — now sold, emptied, and no longer their reality.
