2024 Reignites Uganda’s Music Scene: Rising Stars to Watch in 2025
The year 2024 has been a resurgence for several artists who had faded from the charts, including Lil Pazo, Recho Rey, Da Agent, and Rickman Manrick. Lil Pazo’s hit jam “Enkudi” not only dominated the charts for months but also fueled a highly successful concert.
Alongside these comebacks, fresh talents have emerged, showcasing remarkable potential and solidifying their positions in Uganda’s music industry. Artists like Acidic Vokoz, Ava Peace, and Nandor Love stood out in 2024, leaving fans eager for what 2025 holds.

1. Kapeke
Born Derrick Nsubuga, Kapeke made waves with his hit collaboration with Rickman Manrick titled “Swiririri.” He followed this success with bangers like “Akasanyalaze,” “Shuu,” and “Polokoto.”
