Zac Brown is saying goodbye to his lakeside sanctuary in Georgia — officially offloading the luxury estate for a cool $3 million after nearly a year on the market.
The Zac Brown Band frontman originally listed the seven-bedroom, five-bathroom retreat in Cumming, Georgia, last August for $3.25 million, but ultimately sealed the deal this week for just a touch under asking.
Inside the Luxury Lakehouse
Tucked within a gated community near Lake Lanier, the home boasts an impressive list of features that scream comfort, class, and country charm:
- A chef-style kitchen with quartz countertops, a large island, and brand-new appliances
- A cozy library, fully equipped bar, and recreation room with a stone fireplace
- A home theater, gym, and sauna for full-scale relaxation
- And perhaps the coolest perk — a detached boathouse with bonus living space above, ideal for guests or a quick lakeside nap.

A Rockstar’s Getaway — Now Yours
While Zac’s officially moved on from this dreamy Georgia gem, fans can only imagine the memories made in this home — especially with a home theater perfect for streaming his legendary concerts.
The deal was handled by Katie McGuirk of Christie’s International Real Estate, who helped close the sale on what may have been a steal for the lucky new homeowner.
