“I really need help with nightmares. I’ve tried prayer, mindfulness, avoiding my phone before bed, but they won’t stop.”

The actress and content creator described the nightmares as long, vivid, and extremely frightening, sometimes happening multiple times in one night. She also noted an unusual pattern—sleeping earlier seems to make them even worse.
