Kristin Cavallari is on the brink of closing a deal for her stunning Nashville-area home, as TMZ confirms the $8.9 million property is officially under contract. Real estate sources report that the deal was secured on Friday, marking the end of a significant chapter for the reality TV star and podcast host.
The 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom farmhouse, located in Franklin, TN, was first listed in June of last year. Cavallari, who purchased the property for just over $3 million after her 2020 split from ex-husband Jay Cutler, has since invested heavily in renovations. The home, which spans 6,799 square feet, underwent an extensive 18-month remodel, with Cavallari herself overseeing the transformation. She made significant updates, including a gutted kitchen, a finished basement, remodeled bathrooms, and an expanded closet.
