Cavallari, who purchased the property for just over $3 million after her 2020 split from ex-husband Jay Cutler, has since invested heavily in renovations. The home, which spans 6,799 square feet, underwent an extensive 18-month remodel, with Cavallari herself overseeing the transformation.
