Another bombshell hits Sean “Diddy” Combs as a woman comes forward with horrifying allegations involving the music mogul and his son, Justin Combs — this time accusing them of orchestrating a drug-fueled, masked gang-rape under the guise of a Hollywood opportunity.
The shocking lawsuit, obtained by TMZ and filed by high-profile attorney Tony Buzbee, paints a dark and disturbing picture of what the woman says began as a hopeful trip to Los Angeles in April 2017 — and ended in trauma that still haunts her.
From Dreams of Stardom to a Beverly Hills Nightmare
The woman claims it all started on Snapchat, when Justin Combs, Diddy’s son, reached out to her. She says the two exchanged flirtatious messages over time, which eventually led to Justin requesting — and receiving — risqué photos from her.
What seemed like harmless flirting quickly escalated. The woman says she told Justin about her aspirations to break into the entertainment industry, and that’s when he offered to fly her out to Los Angeles. He allegedly promised to use his father’s connections to help her land a job in TV or media.
Excited about the opportunity and reassured by Justin’s famous last name, the woman says she accepted the offer. A black SUV picked her up from the airport and whisked her to a home in Beverly Hills.
“We’re Not Leaving” — A Weekend Turns Into a Trap
According to the complaint, the first night passed without incident. The woman says she and Justin stayed in and talked. But when Saturday came, she grew concerned. She reportedly asked Justin if they were going to step out and explore the city — to which he flatly replied: “No.”
That’s when things took a terrifying turn.
She claims Justin began offering her liquor and marijuana, but she soon believed the weed was laced with unknown substances due to how it made her feel. Then, she says he gave her multiple pills, described in the lawsuit as “poppers” — known to intensify sensations but also disorient the user.
Masked Men, Coercion & Assault: “You Better Let This Happen”
As the night spiraled into chaos, the woman alleges three masked men entered the house. One of them, she says, was Sean “Diddy” Combs himself, whom she recognized despite the masquerade mask — citing his physical build and signature mannerisms.
Even more chilling: she claims Justin referred to Diddy as “Pops” in front of her.
What followed, according to the lawsuit, was a drug-fueled nightmare of sexual violence. The woman alleges she was led upstairs and threatened: “You better let this happen. Or else.”
She claims each of the masked men raped her — both anally and orally — while she was incapacitated. The alleged abuse continued from Saturday night into midday Sunday.
Alleged Blackmail & Silent Departure
She says on Monday, she was driven back to the airport without explanation, discarded after what she describes as a weekend of trauma and betrayal. Even after the incident, the woman claims Justin continued to manipulate her by dangling the promise of a TV job and threatening to release the explicit photos she had sent him via Snapchat.
She is now suing both Diddy and Justin Combs for:
- Sexual assault and battery
- Gender violence
- Intentional infliction of emotional distress
- False imprisonment
And more.
Diddy’s Legal Team Fires Back
Diddy’s legal reps were quick to respond to the explosive accusations.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” a spokesperson told TMZ.
“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
This lawsuit comes while Diddy is already facing intense legal heat, including an ongoing criminal investigation in New York involving sex trafficking and abuse claims — but notably, none of Tony Buzbee’s clients have yet testified in that case.
Who Is Tony Buzbee?
For those unfamiliar, Tony Buzbee is the same Texas-based attorney who has represented dozens of women in high-profile sexual misconduct cases, including alleged victims of Deshaun Watson and now, Diddy.
His involvement signals a serious legal threat, with many predicting more victims could soon come forward.
The Fallout: A Legacy in Free Fall
Once considered one of the most powerful and respected names in hip-hop, Diddy’s reputation is now crumbling under the weight of multiple allegations. From former lovers and assistants to party guests and now women lured with promises of fame — the lawsuits are stacking up fast.
Social media has erupted with reactions, with fans and critics alike asking:
How deep does this go? Who else knew?
As the #DiddyLawsuit hashtag trends across platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok, one thing is clear: This isn’t going away anytime soon.
What’s Next?
With Diddy’s legal team digging in and more alleged victims reportedly preparing to file suit, all eyes are on how this will impact his remaining business ventures, music legacy, and personal life.
Meanwhile, the woman at the center of this latest lawsuit is seeking damages for the severe emotional, psychological, and physical trauma she says she endured.
