Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another explosive legal claim—this time, one that also names CJ Wallace, the son of the late Notorious B.I.G., as an alleged accomplice in a disturbing sexual assault scheme.
In a lawsuit filed over the 4th of July weekend, a plaintiff identified as John Doe made graphic and deeply troubling accusations involving sexual abuse, manipulation, and psychological trauma, allegedly orchestrated by Diddy with the support of multiple individuals, including Wallace and entrepreneur Willie Mack.
Alleged Assault at Revolt TV Facility
According to the court filing, the incident took place in 2020, when John Doe claims he was lured to a Revolt TV location using a vehicle operated by Combs Corporation. Once inside, he alleges he was ambushed by a group of men and forcibly led to another room—where Diddy was allegedly waiting.
As Doe’s head was restrained, he claims Diddy attempted to force oral sex on him while shouting,
“Your days working for Bad Boy are over!”
Doe says the moment was documented by Diddy’s team, adding to the psychological torment.
CJ Wallace’s Alleged Involvement
The lawsuit further alleges that CJ Wallace, then 23 years old, was actively involved in the setup. After the alleged assault, Doe claims Wallace, Mack, and other associates transported him home in the same vehicle that had brought him to the location.
“He was forced to ride home with the taste of Diddy’s genitals still lingering in his mouth,” the lawsuit shockingly states.
Doe alleges he was deceived into believing that new business opportunities were in the works—what he now claims was a calculated ruse to manipulate and sexually exploit him.
The Biggie Shirt Incident
Adding to the graphic narrative, Doe also claims that just days before the 2020 assault, Diddy allegedly threw a semen-soaked Notorious B.I.G. T-shirt on him in a separate humiliating incident.
In another alleged confrontation, Diddy reportedly groped Doe while threatening:
“I’m gonna f** the s*** outta you.”*
These incidents, the lawsuit claims, were part of a pattern of coercive behavior and abuse within Combs’ inner circle.
Diddy’s Legal Team Responds
Diddy’s attorneys wasted no time issuing a public denial through TMZ:
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations—no matter how heinous and uncorroborated—is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
John Doe Pursuing Damages from All Involved
The plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages from Diddy, CJ Wallace, Willie Mack, and other unnamed defendants. The complaint alleges multiple counts of sexual battery, emotional distress, conspiracy, and manipulation under false pretenses.
Legal experts say that the involvement of CJ Wallace—the son of one of hip-hop’s most iconic figures—adds a new, highly complex dimension to the ongoing legal firestorm surrounding Diddy.
A Pattern of Accusations
This is not the first lawsuit Diddy has faced in recent years. Multiple men and women have filed civil cases accusing the Bad Boy mogul of sexual assault, harassment, and misconduct, though he has denied all allegations.
CJ Wallace, who has largely stayed out of the public spotlight aside from launching cannabis and tech ventures, has not yet made a public comment on his alleged involvement.
