Antonio Brown

Former NFL star Antonio Brown is pushing back against criticism of his social media presence, telling TMZ Sports that his crass content on X is all in the name of “comedy.”

The ex-Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver has stirred controversy repeatedly over the past year due to some of his remarks on Elon Musk’s platform.

Antonio Brown’s Social Media Storm

Brown has managed to ruffle feathers across multiple fan bases, including:

  • Tayvis supporters (Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce fans)
  • Caitlin Clark enthusiasts
  • Tom Brady loyalists
  • Philadelphia 76ers’ Jared McCain’s followers

Due to his online behavior, Brown has faced allegations of being misogynistic and racist. However, when TMZ caught up with him at LAX, he had a clear message: everyone needs to chill.

AB: ‘Take It With a Grain of Salt’

Brown insists his posts are designed to bring laughter rather than offense.

“Take it with a grain of salt and happiness.”

He emphasized that his goal is to bridge communities and make people comfortable with the uncomfortable.

“Smokes and jokes,” he added. “Smokes and jokes.”

Elon Musk & Donald Trump Connection

Brown also took a moment to thank Elon Musk for providing the platform, adding that he’s pleased the billionaire assisted in Donald Trump’s election.

Beef with Caitlin Clark & Tom Brady

When asked about his ongoing social media feuds with Caitlin Clark and Tom Brady, Brown didn’t back down. Of course, he managed to slip in at least one coarse joke along the way.

Despite the backlash, AB remains unapologetic, maintaining that his content is nothing more than entertainment.
