Big Brother Naija ‘No Lose Guard’ edition winner, Kellyrae, has addressed critics who continue to claim he does not deserve the ₦100 million grand prize, calling their opinions baseless.
Following the conclusion of the reality TV show, some housemates and fans, including Shaun, have argued that Kellyrae’s contributions during the show were minimal and questioned his win. However, the reality TV star has dismissed these claims, asserting that such criticisms lack merit.
In an interview with fellow BBNaija star Adekunle Olopade on his YouTube podcast, Kellyrae emphasized that personal disagreements should not lead to discrediting someone’s achievements. Drawing an analogy, he pointed out that despite Onyeka’s strained relationship with his wife, Kassia, he still acknowledges her talent.
“Even though Onyeka is not on good terms with my wife, she is a very talented person. Just because we are not on good terms doesn’t mean I should discredit her,” Kellyrae explained.
The reality star also questioned the rationale behind some housemates’ discontent with his win. “I don’t know what some of my colleagues saw in me in the house that made them feel they were more deserving of the prize money than my wife and I. It means you’re actually a dull person. You’re not wise,” he stated firmly.
Kellyrae’s remarks have sparked discussions on social media, with fans expressing mixed reactions to his unapologetic stance. While some applaud his confidence, others believe the debate over his win reflects the competitive nature of the show.
