Former Big Brother 2 contestant Autumn Daly is facing legal troubles once again, landing back behind bars less than a year after her last arrest.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Daly was arrested on February 6 by Denton County sheriff’s deputies in Texas after violating multiple terms of her 10-year community watch agreement. The agreement was set in place in July 2022 when she pled guilty to first-degree theft. One of its primary conditions? She could not break the law.
Previous Theft Charges and Arrest
As previously reported, Autumn Daly was arrested in December 2023 after stealing between $30,000 and $150,000 from an individual. Following her guilty plea, she was ordered to pay $175,000 in restitution, including an upfront payment of $30,000 at the time of her plea.
Missed Payments and Community Service Violations
Her latest arrest stems from multiple violations of her agreement, including:
✅ Failure to make restitution payments – She missed her $1,488 monthly payments between June and November 2024.
✅ Missed supervision fees – She did not pay her $60 monthly supervision fee between April and November 2024.
✅ Community service violations – She failed to complete 240 hours of community service.
✅ Failure to complete mandatory courses – Daly skipped a drug/alcohol evaluation and a Moral Reconation Therapy Course—both of which were required by the court.
Her Response and Release
Despite failing to make these significant payments, Daly was able to post a $20,000 surety bond and was released from custody on February 28. Speaking to TMZ, Autumn downplayed the situation, stating:
“This was simply a rebook on the same charge, not anything new.”
What’s Next for Autumn Daly?
Daly’s next court appearance is scheduled for April, where she will likely face consequences for the violations. However, it remains to be seen if she will be able to meet the court’s conditions before then.
Her attorney has not yet commented on the matter.
