Brandi Glanville is opening up about her ongoing health battle, and according to her, things have taken a turn for the worse.
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to X on Thursday to share a heartbreaking update, revealing she’s “f***ing miserable” and that her face is “literally melting away.” She admitted she can’t pretend anymore—her condition is worse than ever.
A Worsening Condition
Brandi initially saw some improvement after doctors prescribed her antibiotics and other medications. However, she says she was unable to continue taking them due to the high cost, as they weren’t covered by her insurance. Now, she’s pleading for a change in her situation.

Adding to her distress, Brandi revealed that a close friend is currently in the Intensive Care Unit, though she didn’t disclose any details about their condition.
Seeking Help, but No Clear Answers
Brandi has been consulting medical experts, including renowned plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, in an effort to address her mysterious facial disfigurement. Unfortunately, she’s still struggling to find a definitive diagnosis or an effective treatment.
On top of everything, she admitted that her condition has impacted her personal life in more ways than one—she hasn’t been intimate with anyone since October 2023.
