Real American Beer, the patriotic brew co-founded by the WWE icon, announced the launch of its “Local Legends” initiative on Tuesday — a community-centered program designed to celebrate unsung American heroes. It’s a cause Hogan was deeply passionate about and personally helped shape before his passing.
“Whether they’re first responders, running local businesses, or just lending a hand when no one’s looking — these are the people who make America work,” Hogan said in one of his last statements. “And we’re proud to celebrate them the Real American way.”
The campaign allows everyday Americans to nominate individuals in their communities who exemplify hard work, resilience, and selflessness. Submissions poured in via social media, and now the first two honorees have been officially recognized.
Meet the First “Local Legends”
The inaugural recipients are true American role models. Matthew Holubik, a U.S. Navy veteran who now serves as a firefighter and paramedic, and Jenny Campbell, a U.S. Air Force veteran, devoted mother, and legal assistant, were both honored with their own billboards — celebrating their service and dedication in a bold, public way.
