Jason Momoa found himself in the middle of a terrifying situation Friday night when he rushed to assist at the scene of a car crash in Milwaukee — proving once again he’s a real-life superhero.
Momoa Witnesses Scary DUI Crash
TMZ obtained shocking video of the incident, which shows a battered minivan smoking heavily as bystanders work frantically to prevent it from bursting into flames.
Police officers are seen performing chest compressions on the unconscious driver as Momoa watches nearby, clearly ready to help but allowing authorities to handle the critical rescue.
What Happened?
According to law enforcement, the driver — whose name has not been released — was allegedly under the influence when he lost control of his vehicle, slammed into a median, and ended up on the sidewalk.
When officers arrived, they found the man unresponsive. He was treated at the scene before being rushed to a local hospital.
Jason’s Quick Response
Eyewitnesses say Momoa didn’t hesitate to approach the scene. The “Aquaman” and “Chief of War” star appeared concerned but calm, staying close as the situation unfolded.
“Jason was just there, watching, making sure everyone was okay,” one fan at the scene told TPR. “You could tell he wanted to jump in and help.”
Momoa’s team has not yet commented on the incident.
In Town for Harley-Davidson Fest
Momoa is in Wisconsin this weekend for the Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival, a four-day celebration of music, motorcycles, and moto-culture.
The actor has long been an outspoken Harley-Davidson enthusiast, even launching a clothing collab with the iconic brand. On Friday, he was spotted riding laps on a Harley, signing autographs, and posing with fans before the frightening crash happened nearby.
A Real-Life Hero Vibe
Whether he’s saving Atlantis on-screen or keeping an eye out in real life, fans couldn’t stop gushing over Momoa’s cool-headed presence:
💬 “Not all heroes wear capes — some ride Harleys,” one Instagram user commented after seeing the viral clip.
💬 “Jason Momoa has such protective energy. Love this guy,” another wrote.
