Renowned Ugandan musician Kalifah AgaNaga has reassured his fans and followers that he will not abandon his music career, even as he steps into the political arena. The by-election is being held to fill the vacant seat following the death of the late Muhammad Ssegirinya.
“I’ll keep doing music despite joining politics. Music made me, and I cannot abandon it just because of politics. I am known everywhere because of music, and have traveled the country and the world,” Kalifah remarked, affirming that his artistic passion remains integral to his identity.
