Larsa Pippen, star of The Real Housewives of Miami, recently reflected on the valuable lessons she learned from her past relationship with Marcus Jordan. In an intimate chat with PEOPLE, she admitted she overlooked early warning signs in the romance.
“I think when you start seeing red flags early in a relationship, see them,” Pippen said candidly, highlighting the importance of trusting one’s instincts.
Since splitting from Jordan nine months ago, Pippen has found new happiness with boyfriend Jeff Coby. The couple appears serious, with Coby teasing wedding plans for late 2025.
“We’re getting married 2025-6,” he told paparazzi outside a Miami event. “It’s gonna be a beautiful marriage. November 2025.”
When asked about the proposal timeline, Coby smiled, “I can’t tell you when I’m gonna propose.”
Pippen revealed that she and Coby share a deep bond, especially through their strong family values.
“We have conversations about getting married,” she explained. “I feel like when you know, you know.”
The couple met through mutual friends and discovered their families are closely connected, with their parents frequently spending time together.
“He’s really close with his parents. I’m really close with my parents. And our parents, as a couple, are always together. It’s kind of like how we are,” Pippen shared.
Since becoming a couple, Pippen said Coby, who is also a mindfulness author, has helped her find calm in her hectic life.
“I feel like he’s teaching me how to be calm in my day-to-day life and just take things one day at a time,” she said.
“I feel like I’m the kind of person who tries to handle all my problems at the same time. He’s like, it’s more of you should do this today and do that tomorrow.”
“I feel like we’re really good for each other because we balance each other.”
