Machine Gun Kelly is deeply mourning the loss of his best friend, snowboarding icon Luke “The Dingo” Trembath, and says this tragedy has shaken him more than even his own father’s passing.
The rapper poured his emotions into a heartfelt Instagram post on Friday night, reflecting on the profound impact Luke had on his life.
“I’ve lost a lot of friends, but I’ve never lost a brother,” MGK wrote. “We’ll never get another Dingo on this planet. A true rockstar without ever needing to make a song. The most loyal, loud, charismatic, funny, and annoying human I’ve ever had the honor of knowing.”

His tribute continued with a long list of the things he’ll miss most about Luke, before revealing that one of the hardest moments was breaking the news to his daughter, who loved Luke just as much.
As TMZ previously reported, Luke passed away last month, though the exact cause of death remains unknown.
