Social media personality Melissa Mulungi recently opened up about some of the strangest direct messages (DMs) she has received, leaving fans both amused and shocked. Speaking on Sabrina Agasha’s popular podcast, It’s Never That Serious, Melissa shared insights into her online interactions, which have taken an unexpected turn in recent times.

Known for her usually calm and composed demeanor online, Melissa revealed that her DMs have become increasingly peculiar. While her social media engagements were relatively tame in the past, she admitted that things have now “gone out of hand.”

“I’ve noticed people becoming bolder, especially on platforms like X,” Melissa said, referencing the platform formerly known as Twitter. “Sometimes it’s not even DMs—people quote tweets with comments that make me think, ‘You guys are very brave.’”

However, one DM, in particular, stood out for its sheer audacity. Melissa recounted an incident where a man approached her on Instagram with an unusual request—to be her “slave.”

“I said, excuse me?! What do you mean?” she recalled with a laugh. “I mean, you were freed by my people many years ago.”

The candid conversation sparked laughter and shock among listeners, further cementing Melissa’s reputation for her unfiltered takes on life and social media interactions.

Melissa’s revelations highlight the evolving dynamics of online spaces and how boldness and unusual behavior have become increasingly common. Fans eagerly await more from the outspoken star as she continues to share her unique experiences in the digital world.
