Renowned Ugandan musician Hajji Haruna Mubiru is overjoyed following the announcement that his talented son, Ramathan Mubiru, has been selected for an educational sponsorship initiative by the Parliamentary Commission.
Ramathan, a rising star in motorsport, recently completed his Primary Leaving Examinations and will have his school fees covered up to Senior Six.
