Sharay “The Punisher” Hayes is breaking his silence after Sean “Diddy” Combs’ bombshell trial verdict — and he thinks his words in court might’ve saved the music mogul from even harsher consequences.

The exotic male dancer, who gave jaw-dropping testimony during Diddy’s federal trial, says the jury got it “exactly right” when they found Diddy guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted him of sex trafficking and racketeering.

“I honestly feel like my testimony might’ve helped Diddy dodge those bigger charges,” Hayes revealed during a candid interview with TMZ.

⚖️ The Verdict That Shook Hip-Hop

On Tuesday, a federal jury found Diddy guilty of transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution purposes — a charge carrying a maximum of 20 years in prison.

However, the Bad Boy Records founder was cleared of more severe allegations, including sex trafficking and racketeering, sparking fiery debates across the industry.

Hayes, a key witness in the trial, now says he understands why the jury landed where they did.

“When you see the dynamics between Diddy and Cassie… there was consent there. It didn’t fit the classic trafficking narrative,” Hayes explained.

???? A Toxic Love or Something More?

Hayes, nicknamed The Punisher in the exotic dancing world, described intimate encounters involving himself, Cassie Ventura, and Diddy.

He recounted moments where Diddy watched while he and Cassie rubbed baby oil on each other, with the mogul even suggesting certain positions and adjusting the lights.

“It felt like a toxic relationship, sure. But was it trafficking? That’s where I think the jury struggled,” Hayes said.

He believes the long-term relationships Diddy had with Cassie and “Jane Doe” factored heavily into the jury’s deliberations.

While Hayes stands by his testimony, he says his heart goes out to both Cassie and Jane for having their most private moments dissected in a public courtroom.

“Nobody deserves to have their intimate lives played out for the world like that,” Hayes admitted.

???? Hayes Talks New Book Amid Diddy Fallout

Aside from the trial, Hayes is also making headlines for his upcoming memoir, In Search of Freezer Meat.

He revealed to TMZ that the book has already inspired men struggling with identity and relationships.

“There’s a silver lining to all of this,” Hayes said. “If my story can help someone else navigate love, power, and intimacy, then it’s worth telling.”

???? What’s Next for Diddy?

Diddy remains behind bars after a federal judge denied bail. He faces sentencing on October 3, where he could receive decades in prison.

The verdict has divided fans and celebrities alike — with some saying justice was finally served, while others believe Diddy was unfairly targeted.
