Bri Stern, the ex-girlfriend of controversial internet personality Andrew Tate, says she is living in fear and urgently seeking protection before he sets foot back in the United States.
According to court documents filed Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Stern is requesting a domestic violence restraining order, citing serious concerns for her safety if Tate returns from Romania, where he is currently facing legal battles.
“He Is Violent,” Stern Alleges in Court
In the documents obtained by TMZ, Stern claims Tate repeatedly issued terrifying threats during their relationship, warning her:
“If you ever betray me, you will regret it. I will ruin your life, rape you, and kill you.”
She adds that Tate’s return to U.S. soil could happen “in a matter of hours,” making the restraining order request all the more urgent.
Lawsuit Already Filed Over Beverly Hills Hotel Incident
As previously reported, Stern filed a civil lawsuit against Tate last month, accusing him of physically assaulting her during a disturbing sexual encounter at the Beverly Hills Hotel. That incident has since sparked a police investigation into the allegations.
Living in Constant Fear
Since filing the lawsuit, Bri says she has feared for her life every single day. The restraining order request would prohibit Tate from coming within 100 yards of her, and bar him from contacting her either in person or electronically
Tate’s Camp Remains Silent
TMZ reports it has reached out to Tate’s representatives for a response — but no word yet from his team.
