Selena Gomez is officially saying goodbye to her L.A. mansion — and the sprawling celebrity pad just changed hands for a cool $5.4 million.
TMZ has learned the singer and actress has sold her Encino estate after putting the property on the market earlier this year.
The mansion initially hit the market in May, and after sitting for a few months — and taking roughly a $1 million cut from its asking price — the luxurious property was snapped up Tuesday.
And whoever bought it is getting a serious celebrity crib.
The kitchen alone is a major selling point. It served as the backdrop for Gomez’s popular cooking series, “Selena + Chef,” giving the new owners a little piece of her TV history along with the real estate.
But the kitchen is hardly the only flex.
The massive home features a spacious living room and formal dining room, along with a lineup of seriously luxe spaces designed for entertaining, relaxing and escaping from the outside world.
There’s a wine cellar, media room, massage room and glam room — because apparently regular rooms weren’t enough.
The Encino estate also packs six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms into roughly 11,500 square feet of living space.
Translation: there is plenty of room for the next owner to live very, very comfortably.
Gomez’s sale marks the latest chapter for a property that became recognizable to fans through her “Selena + Chef” era.
The listing was handled by Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates.
For Gomez, the deal means one less mansion in the portfolio — and one new owner getting the keys to a seriously star-studded piece of Encino real estate.
