The tragic drive-by shooting that claimed the life of social media influencer DreamDoll Brii, whose real name was Brianna Johnson, has become even more devastating. Authorities have now confirmed that a second victim—her cousin, Arthur “A.J.” Lee Johnson III—has died after suffering critical injuries in the same attack.
According to the Miramar Police Department, A.J. died at the hospital after Sunday’s early morning ambush in Miramar, Florida. His death comes just days after Brianna was pronounced dead following the shooting, which also left a third passenger seriously injured.
The latest development marks another heartbreaking chapter in an investigation that remains unsolved, with detectives continuing to search for those responsible.
Police say the shooting happened at approximately 5:30 a.m. Sunday as Brianna, A.J., and another individual were traveling in a fluorescent green Lamborghini SUV through Miramar.
Investigators say a white sedan pulled alongside the driver’s side of the Lamborghini before someone inside opened fire, striking all three occupants.
Despite the gunfire, the SUV continued traveling for roughly a block before crashing into a stop sign at a nearby intersection.
Officers responded after receiving a ShotSpotter alert and discovered the crashed Lamborghini. Emergency responders rushed all three victims to nearby hospitals in critical condition.

Brianna later died from her injuries.
Authorities have now confirmed that her cousin, Arthur “A.J.” Lee Johnson III, also succumbed to the injuries he suffered during the attack.
The third victim survived the shooting, although police have not publicly released additional information about that person’s identity or medical condition.
The investigation remains active as detectives work to determine what led to the deadly ambush.
Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss previously said investigators are examining whether the Lamborghini may have been followed before the shooting occurred.
Police believe they have only limited information about the person or people responsible. As of publication, no suspects have been publicly identified, and no arrests have been announced.
Authorities say detectives have received numerous tips from the public and are carefully reviewing each one, but they have not yet developed any confirmed leads.
The department has also released recordings connected to the investigation, including a 911 call capturing the frantic moments after the shooting, as investigators continue seeking information that could help solve the case.
Before her death, DreamDoll Brii built a strong presence on social media, attracting more than 370,000 followers on TikTok and another 85,000 followers on Instagram.
She was best known for her viral track “Bend Ova,” which gained widespread popularity as a TikTok sound and introduced her music to a growing online audience.
Her content, music, and energetic personality helped her establish a loyal fan base that closely followed both her creative work and personal updates.
The deaths of Brianna and A.J., who were both 21 years old, have left family members, friends, and followers mourning two young lives lost in a single act of violence.

The case has also renewed attention on the challenges investigators face in solving targeted shootings when witnesses and suspect information are limited.
While detectives continue searching for answers, the focus remains on identifying those responsible and providing justice for the victims. Until then, the investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward.
The loss of DreamDoll Brii and Arthur “A.J.” Lee Johnson III has transformed what was already a heartbreaking tragedy into an even deeper one, leaving a family—and an online community—grieving two lives cut short far too soon.
