Jaidyn Alexis is putting the brakes on any plans for her children to meet Blueface’s newest child, saying she wants one thing settled first: the baby’s paternity.
Jaidyn, who shares son Javon and daughter Journey with the rapper, addressed the situation during an interview with Towanda on “The TMZ Podcast.” Her position was blunt — there are currently “no plans” for her children to meet Blueface’s new son, Jonathan Jr.
The reason, according to Jaidyn, is that she wants to “get the swab results back” before moving forward.
In other words, she says she is not ready to treat Jonathan Jr. as part of the family dynamic until the paternity question is settled.
Jaidyn also criticized what she described as the existence of “broken homes just all over the place,” while referencing Blueface’s previous comments about his children being replaceable.
She took that argument a step further during the interview, essentially challenging Blueface to show that Jonathan Jr. could surpass the accomplishments or qualities of Javon and Journey before she would be impressed.
Jaidyn also addressed Nevaeh, Blueface’s newest baby’s mother, saying she believes Nevaeh wanted a rapper as the father of her child and therefore should not portray herself as a victim of Blueface’s behavior.
The comments come amid an already complicated co-parenting situation.
Jaidyn said Blueface has not seen their children since late June or early July. She stressed that she has never told the rapper he cannot see his kids, but said boundaries need to be established.
According to Jaidyn, any future conversations about Blueface seeing the children could potentially begin with a supervisor involved.
She also said she does not respect Blueface, adding that she feels the lack of respect between them goes both ways.
For now, Jaidyn appears firmly against introducing her children to their new half-sibling. Until she gets the information she says she is waiting for, a blended-family moment involving Blueface’s kids is not on her immediate agenda.
The family reunion, at least for now, is staying firmly on hold.
