50 Cent is taking one of New York’s legendary street dice games from the corner to the casino floor.
The rapper and business mogul has teamed up with gaming company TCSJOHNHUXLEY to develop 50 Cent Headcrack, a casino adaptation of Cee-lo, the three-dice game deeply associated with New York street culture and hip-hop.
The game is scheduled to make its global debut at G2E Las Vegas 2026, one of the gaming industry’s major events, running September 29 through October 1 at The Venetian Expo.

At its core, Headcrack keeps the familiar elements of Cee-lo: three dice and the game’s classic rolls. The casino version adds dealers, structured betting, side bets, published payouts and gaming technology designed for commercial casino environments.
And there’s a signature roll.
The ultimate combination is 4-5-6, which triggers the game’s signature call: “Headcrack!”
50 Cent explained the transition from street game to casino attraction in characteristically direct terms.
“For a hundred years this game lived on the corner. Now it’s got a dealer, a pay table and a seat at the table in a real casino. Same dice, new floor.”
The game is being developed for commercial casino operators and is expected to be available in multiple formats, including traditional dice and automated dice technology.
It will also use a Bank-Shooter-Tie structure intended to make the game easier for casino newcomers to understand.
For TCSJOHNHUXLEY, the partnership brings together 50 Cent’s entertainment profile and the company’s experience developing live casino gaming products.
Executive Chairman Tristan Sjöberg said the collaboration combines the rapper’s global entertainment reach with the company’s expertise in live casino gaming.
The move adds another category to 50 Cent’s increasingly broad business portfolio, which already spans television, film, touring, spirits, publishing and consumer products.
Now, he’s taking his brand to the casino table — with three dice and a 4-5-6 roll at the center of it.
