Nevaeh Akira’s other baby daddy is taking their custody situation to court — and no, it’s not Blueface.
Robert Louis Lee, better known as DJ LetThemKnow, filed a petition last month seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s four-year-old son, Superior.
According to the filing, DJ is proposing a parenting schedule that would divide the week between the two parents. He says the arrangement would give Superior a “predictable routine” intended to support the child’s well-being.
The custody filing involves Nevaeh’s older son, not the baby she recently welcomed with Blueface.
Nevaeh and Blueface had a child together just weeks ago, but their relationship quickly unraveled. The two have since publicly aired their relationship issues, including a livestream in which Blueface ended their relationship and told Nevaeh to leave his home.
DJ and Nevaeh also appear to have had their own disagreements.

As previously reported, Superior reportedly called his mother while she was out with Blueface and alleged that DJ had choked him.
DJ denied intentionally harming the child, saying the incident happened while he and Superior were “rough housing.”
The allegation has not been established as fact.
The custody petition now puts Superior’s living arrangements before a judge, with DJ seeking both legal and physical custody.
Meanwhile, Nevaeh’s relationship with Blueface remains separate from the custody case involving Superior, despite the rapper becoming part of the public drama surrounding Nevaeh and DJ.
