The Gwinnett County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the official autopsy for rapper T-Hood, revealing that the 33-year-old suffered multiple fatal gunshot wounds, including at least one to the back.
According to the report obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, T-Hood was shot in the back, abdomen, buttocks, and both thighs on August 8.
“The injuries are consistent with a fatal shooting,” the ME’s report states.
The rapper, who had dated Kelsie Frost, daughter of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Kirk and Rasheeda, was transported to a hospital by Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services but tragically died shortly after arrival.

Shooting Occurred During Heated Dispute
Investigators were called to a home in Snellville, Georgia, after reports of a dispute between T-Hood and two other individuals.
The autopsy report suggests that T-Hood pulled a gun during the argument, prompting someone else at the scene to open fire in self-defense.
The report does not specify the shooter’s identity, but authorities are investigating the circumstances to determine whether self-defense applies.
Top Suspect and Ongoing Investigation
No charges have been filed yet. Police are examining the case closely, with Kirk and Rasheeda’s son Ky Frost emerging as a person of interest in the investigation.
The location of T-Hood’s gunshot wounds—including the back—will likely play a key role in determining whether the shooting was truly self-defense.
Past Controversy With Kelsie Frost
T-Hood’s recent history also adds context to the case. In March 2025, Kelsie reportedly called 911 to report that T-Hood had taken her Benz and black Mac Mini following a night out, further highlighting a pattern of volatile encounters between the couple.
Additionally, Kelsie Frost has a history of domestic violence injuries dating back to November 2024, a detail that may be relevant to the ongoing investigation.
