The Gwinnett County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the official autopsy for rapper T-Hood, revealing that the 33-year-old suffered multiple fatal gunshot wounds, including at least one to the back.
According to the report obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, T-Hood was shot in the back, abdomen, buttocks, and both thighs on August 8.
“The injuries are consistent with a fatal shooting,” the ME’s report states.
The rapper, who had dated Kelsie Frost, daughter of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Kirk and Rasheeda, was transported to a hospital by Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services but tragically died shortly after arrival.
