Bow Wow is once again addressing explosive claims made by former child actor Orlando Brown—this time, with a sharp and composed response on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast. The rapper and actor made it clear that he’s not entertaining Brown’s allegations of a past sexual relationship, calling them “hilarious” and dismissing the notion outright.
“If they believe that, something wrong with them. They crazy as hell,” Bow Wow said during the interview. “That dude is smart, he knows what he’s doing, he ain’t no fool.”
Bow Wow continued by referring to a previous interview in which Brown allegedly admitted he performs outrageous behavior based on how much he’s paid.
“I seen an interview where he said, ‘People pay me… how much the money is determines am I going to be crazy.’”
Bow Wow Previously Responded: “Nobody Taking Him Serious”
This isn’t the first time Bow Wow has addressed the controversy. After Brown initially made the claim, Bow Wow responded publicly, suggesting Brown was “tweaked out” and in need of help.
“Dude really need help, nah I’m sayin’? That’s why we ain’t trippin’ on him. Nobody taking him serious. It’s sad because he had potential to be great. Dem drugs!” he wrote at the time.
“Give Him a Real Job” – Bow Wow Offers Perspective
Despite the personal nature of the allegations, Bow Wow offered a compassionate outlook, noting that Orlando Brown’s talents have been exploited for online views.
“Always thought he was talented. Yes, he’s had troubles,” Bow Wow added. “Since all of these people put him on their platforms for clickbait, somebody needs to put the boy on TV and give him a real job.”
Still, Bow Wow made his boundaries clear.
“As long as you ain’t playing with my money, ain’t playing with my kids, I ain’t trippin’.”
Nick Cannon Also Targeted by Orlando Brown
Bow Wow is not the only celebrity to be targeted by Orlando Brown. Nick Cannon previously denied similar claims, responding with a message of concern and support that has since been deleted.
“I love this brother Orlando… I believe this young man is brilliant and beyond talented,” Cannon wrote. “It hurts me to see him crash out like this and I’m truly disappointed in all these media outlets who continue to exploit him.”
Cannon went on to say:
“He was brilliant in Major Payne, and had us all laughing on That’s So Raven. But this is another example of when we allow our young artists to be prematurely exposed to this demonic business and left to fend for themselves.”
