Sean “Diddy” Combs is once again at the center of controversy as a new lawsuit accuses the hip-hop mogul of a shocking act involving a Notorious B.I.G. shirt.
Just days after his acquittal on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges, a plaintiff identified as “John Doe” filed a civil suit alleging Diddy masturbated into the late rapper’s clothing and hurled the semen-soaked shirt at him.
Wild Allegations in New Lawsuit
According to the complaint, John Doe claims the alleged incident occurred in September 2020 at a Los Angeles warehouse where some of Biggie Smalls’ personal items were being stored.
The plaintiff says he was invited to a listening session for a Biggie Smalls project, during which Diddy allegedly pressured attendees to use ketamine. He claims that later, as others began hallucinating and scattering, he ended up alone in a room with Diddy.
It was then, the lawsuit alleges, that Diddy exposed himself, masturbated into a Biggie Smalls shirt, and threw the garment at the plaintiff, causing semen to land on his lap and arm.
“RIP Biggie,” Diddy allegedly said with a laugh as he exited the room.
The plaintiff further claims Diddy exposed his penis and ordered him to “suck it.” He is suing for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other charges.
Diddy’s Legal Team Fires Back
Diddy’s attorneys swiftly responded to the lawsuit, dismissing the allegations as fabricated. In a statement to TMZ, his legal team said:
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges prove what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.”
They added:
“That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations—no matter how heinous and uncorroborated—is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
A String of Legal Challenges
This latest lawsuit comes on the heels of Diddy’s high-profile federal trial in New York, where he was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges. However, he was convicted of the lesser charge of transporting individuals to engage in prostitution.
The new allegations raise further questions about Diddy’s behavior behind the scenes and add to a growing list of legal woes facing the Bad Boy Records founder.
