G-Eazy is parting ways with his first-ever purchased property in Los Angeles, listing his stunning Hollywood Hills home for $3.7 million. A Tuscan-Inspired Villa with Incredible Views
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home is a Tuscan-inspired villa offering a generous 3,642 square feet of living space. With breathtaking ocean views, the property features a guesthouse that could easily serve as a recording studio, gym, or billiards room, making it a versatile space for creative endeavors. Additionally, the house boasts a saltwater pool, a built-in backyard barbecue, and a chef’s kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances.
From $1.758 Million to $3.7 Million
G-Eazy purchased the Hollywood Hills property back in 2016 for $1.758 million. With the house now on the market for $3.7 million, it looks like he’s set to make a solid profit before heading back to New York City and living with that classic “Empire State of Mind.”
Raul Sanchez Jr. of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California is handling the listing.
